Our server also automatically records the IP address and browser user-agent of the submission, solely for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

- Contact you about the appointment or enquiry you submitted.
- Provide dental care and follow-up communications if you become a patient.
- Improve our service quality and respond to complaints.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with:
- Email service provider — to deliver confirmation emails to you and alert our front desk.
- Hosting provider — to run this website on a secure, standards-compliant shared-hosting infrastructure.
- Government authorities — only where compelled by law.
4. Cookies & tracking
This website uses a single session cookie (TTR_SESS) to maintain form-submission security (CSRF protection). It is set as HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and — under HTTPS — Secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The Google Maps embed on our contact page may set its own cookies under Google's policy.
5. Data retention
Appointment and enquiry records are retained for up to 3 years for operational and regulatory reasons, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Clinical/medical records follow the retention rules set by the Maharashtra State Dental Council.
6. Security
Your data is stored on secure servers protected by industry-standard encryption, access controls, and regular patching. All forms are protected by CSRF tokens, rate-limiting, and input validation. We maintain an append-only log of email-delivery outcomes for audit purposes.
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask us to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (subject to any retention required by law).
- Withdraw consent to non-essential communications.
